Boss is an upcoming Bollywood action comedy film directed by Anthony D'Souza, who had earlier directed Blue (2009). The film will be produced by Cape of Good Films & Ashwin Varde Productions, and features Akshay Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty, Shiv Pandit, Aditi Rao Hydari and Ronit Roy in lead roles. Its a remake of Malayalam movie 'Pokkiri Raja' starring Mammotty, Prithviraj and Shriya Saran. The teaser of Boss was released on 14 August 2013, along with the Akshay Kumar starrer Once Upon Ay Time in Mumbai Dobaara!. The theatrical trailer released on 27 August 2013, whilst the film is expected to release on 16 October 2013.

Britney Spears in Las Vegas for Greatest Hits

NEW YORK: Britney Spears, the pop star and former "X-Factor" judge, is heading to Las Vegas with a two-year residency deal to perform at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

The former child star, whose hits include "Baby One More Time" and "Toxic," will perform 50 shows a year starting on December 27. Tickets for the shows go on sale on Tuesday.

Spears said in an interview from Las Vegas,"I love it here, the energy here is really, really good."

She further added, "I am definitely going to do the greatest hits but I am going to have to put my new material in it to keep it fresh."

The announcement ended speculation that Spears, 31, would follow in the footsteps of other top-selling artists such as Canada's Celine Dion and Britain's Elton John, who had long-term contracts in the gambling mecca.

Nobody can interfere: Ranbir kapoor

Mumbai: Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor, who is said to be dating actress Katrina Kaif, doesn't want any kind of interference even from his parents when it comes to choosing his would-be-bride. 

"First of all, I want to make it clear that mummy is not looking for a bride for me. I am doing it for myself," said the 30-year-old actor here on the sets of a reality show.

The actor's mother and actress Neetu Singh, who was also present, is happy with her son's decisions and says she just wants Ranbir to be happy.

MUMBAI: Actor Imran Khan and actress Karina Kapoor were busy in the advertizing campaign of their upcoming romantic comedy ‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’.

The latest production “Gori Tere Pyaar Mein”, directed by Punit Malhotra, is an autobiographical drama based on the true life experience of the film’s director, Karan Johar revealed.

Starring Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor, the film follows the story of a guy who travels all the way to a village from the city he lives in to win his love.

Deepika faces date issues for Fast & Furious 7

Bollywood: In a classic case of a slip between the cup and the lip, Bollywood's current hot favorite, Deepika Padukone, is forced to step back on her 'Fast & Furious 7' assignment. Sources from the US confirm that Deepika was finalised for the lead role opposite Vin Diesel and things would have been on course had it not been for the fact that the foreign studio needed Dippy to allot dates as early as September 10.

She is committed to shooting with Shah Rukh Khan till September 14, in Dubai, for Happy New Year. On September 16, she will fly to Mumbai for the teaser launch of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela.

This is the second collaboration between Khan and Padukone after the 2007 blockbuster Om Shanti Om and the first between Khan and Rohit Shetty.

With their Eid release Chennai Express making the fastest Rs100 crore, both Shah Rukh Khan and Rohit Shetty are naturally rejoicing. And as everyone knows about the B-Town’s love for sequels, seems this one may have one soon in the pipeline.
While there is no confirmation from Rohit, who starts shooting for Singham 2 in December, SRK shares that two are likely to come together for a film again next year. Recently we (Rohit, Deepika Padukone and I) were driving back and we realised that we will not see each other as regularly after all this? And I told them I am feeling bad, as did Rohit and Deepika. So, Rohit asked if he should already start writing something, so that will give us something to look forward to. Even if it’s a year later, Rohit has said he will work on something.”

This is the second collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone after the 2007 blockbuster Om Shanti Om and the first collaboration between Shah Rukh Khan and Rohit Shetty. Chennai Express is about a man's journey from Mumbai to Rameshwaram and what happens along the way after he falls in love with the daughter of a don. Principal photography began on 27th September 2012. Filming began in October 2012 and was wrapped-up by May 2013.Release date August 9, 2013.
